Qualified in 1987, Amanda worked in several veterinary surgeries in Leicestershire before joining the practice at Broughton Astley in 2007 as our Head Nurse.  As well as her nursing duties, Amanda has a particular interest in diet and weight management, running ”Fat Busters”, a weight loss clinic for dogs, (and the occasional cat).  Amanda’s family includes two cats, big boy Boris, and recent addition Mabel, who is keeping him on his toes!
