Took our 2 baby rabbits in to be vaccinated. Service was brilliant from the moment I called to make the appointment to the moment I left. Very happy with bringing our animals here
My 3 cats all required their injections so a triple appointment was booked with ease. I have used Broughton vets for over 20yrs and have always been happy with the care and attention my different cats have received over time. I am very pleased they have a designated ‘cat’ waiting area separate from the dogs and the addition of extra blankets (to put over carriers) with calming spray really helped my ‘indoor’ cats to stay calm while waiting.
Broughton Astley practice went above and beyond to fit my dog Ollie in for an immediate appointment. Sedated him the same day and removed a nasty grass seed from his ear. He was home by tea time. I’m so grateful for their care and courtesy. 5stars all round.
