Rachel Warwick
Veterinary Surgeon & Clinical Director
BVetMed MRCVSRachel graduated from Nottingham University in 2012, and spent time working in a range of practices across the country and travelling in New Zealand before joining our team in 2021. She loves all aspects of her role, but has a particular interest in cardiology and ultrasound. In her spare time she enjoys cycling, keeping fit and spending time with her family.

Alex Rowley
Veterinary Surgeon & Clinical Director
BVSc MRCVSAlex Rowley graduated from Liverpool Vet School in 2012. Since then she has worked in a number of mixed and farm animal practices. Alex started working with Westpoint Daventry in 2017 which merged with Broughton Veterinary Group in 2021. Since the merge Alex has been one of the Clinical Directors of the business, now supporting all 4 branches. Alex enjoys her very varied role, combining clinical and managerial work. She particularly enjoys supporting the teams and striving to make Broughton Veterinary Group a great place to work and thus ensuring excellent client care.
When Alex is not at work she spends time with her daughters and friends and enjoys gardening, DIY and climbing.

Carole Clarke
Practice Manager
Carole has a background in administration, and worked as a bookkeeper for professional and industrial firms before joining our team in 2006. She enjoys the busy and varied nature of her role as practice manager, and has two cats called Claud and Florence at home. Her favourite pastimes include walking, skiing and sailing.

Belinda McGrane
Veterinary Surgeon
BVetMed MRCVSBelinda graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 1990 and worked in a range of mixed practices before becoming one of our partners in 2017. She now works part-time at our Broughon Astley branch, and has a particular interest in soft tissue surgery and ultrasound. In her own time she enjoys cooking, theatre and volunteering at her daughter’s school.

BVetMed MRCVSGeorgina grew up on a farm in South Leicestershire and graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2013. She joined our team shortly after, and has since developed a keen interest in digital imaging, radiology and ultrasound. Outside of work she enjoys helping on her family farm, jogging in the countryside and socialising with friends.

Laura O’Hanlon
Senior Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon
BVSc MRCVSLaura Graduated from the University Of Liverpool in 2019 and has been with us since the end of 2023. Prior to this she worked in two other local small animal practices. She has a broad interest in all areas related to small animal general practice but in particular enjoys helping to mentor new graduates. In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with her friends and doing agility training with her cocker spaniel.

MRCVSCarmen graduated from Ludwig-Maximilian University, Munich in 2019 and started her career as a small animal vet in the UK soon after. Before joining Broughton Veterinary Group in 2023, she used to work for a small animal practice where she developed a strong interest in internal and feline medicine. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and her two cats Rudy and Ralph and loves travelling around the world.

MRCVSAlice graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2024 and joined the team in 2025. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary work but has particular interests in exotics and feline medicine.
Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending time with friends, yoga and crochet. She also has a cat of her own called Arya.

FdSc RVNRachel studied animal management and welfare at university, and worked in various roles before deciding to pursue a career in the veterinary industry. She joined our team in 2015 and qualified three years later. She has a particular interest in feline behaviour, and has a cat of her own at home called Bella.

Deputy Head Veterinary Nurse
RVNSarah joined our team in 2021 and enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing. She previously worked as a horse riding instructor and also spent time working on a dairy farm in Australia for a year. In her spare time, she can be found taking long walks, going to the pub with friends, horse riding, baking and spending time with her family.

RVNTammy qualified in 2015 and joined our team the same year. She loves all aspects of her role, but has a special interest in critical care and post-operative nursing. She has many interests outside of work, but her little boy Harry is always the number one priority! When she does get a moment to herself, she loves going shopping and getting pampered.

RVNBecky graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2014 and joined our team in 2021. She loves all aspects of her job, but has a particular passion for surgical nursing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, shopping and going out for meals with friends.

RVNEmily joined our team in 2015 and held a variety of roles before qualifying as a nurse. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, photography, baking and watching musicals! She also has a Norfolk terrier called Jasper at home.

Eleanor joined our team as a receptionist in 2018, and has an interest in both small and farm animals. She has a mischievous ginger cat called Maple and a rabbit called Elfie at home, who rules her garden. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, travelling, eating and going to get pampered with friends.

Julie has a background in customer service and administration, and spent six years at another veterinary practice before joining our team in 2020. She has a passion for helping others and problem solving, and is a true animal-lover! She has two border collies and a guinea pig at home, and loves spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Senior Receptionist
Daisy joined our reception team in 2018 and held a range of responsibilities before settling as our senior receptionist. She is a huge people person and loves animals, especially cats! She has three cats of her own at home, called Dizzee Rascal, Stormzy and AJ, and enjoys going to the theatre, baking and spending time with friends and family.

Liz joined our team in 2021 and loves talking to our clients and meeting their pets. She has a Jack Russell terrier called Joey and a Yorkshire Terrier Jack Russell cross called Ginni at home, and enjoys walking her dogs, horse riding and spending quality time with her grandchildren.

Growing up on a farm meant that Chrissie developed a love of animals from a young age, and she worked as a show jumping groom, riding instructor and kennel maid for police dogs before joining our team. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and rugby, going to music festivals, spending time with family and going for walks with her Labrador, Elsie.
